How long does it take to setup the EZLister.net program?
EZLister.net includes a setup wizard to assist in setting up
the program. Assuming that you have watched the training DVD
and have already assembled the information necessary, it should
be possible to set up your entire company within 30 minutes
What information is necessary to assemble before completing the
setup wizard?
You should have a list of the employees or associates that you
intend to setup for the various task groups, their usernames
and passwords, your PayPal account name, paths to images if you
do not intend to use our free image hosting service, the correct
spelling and names of your logo files, a default favorable feedback
statement, and default important or general information, shipping
information, payment information, terms and conditions information
and a statement relating to "Still Have Questions".
These informational statements pertain to default or standard
information that you want to appear on every listing, and are
often referred to as boilerplate. There is other information
necessary to input in the Setup Wizard, but it should be common
knowledge to the business owner.
How many people can work with the system?
The system is web based and supports an unlimited number of users.
The only requirement is that the Administrator sets up each user,
usually by using the Setup Wizard, with a system wide unique
username and password for use when logging in.

For security of our information, can we assign different people
a different status to protect sensitive information on the system?
EZLister.Net breaks down the tasks of an on line seller into
logical, well defined job groups. Then specific users are assigned
to each job group so the users are fully aware of their duties
and responsibilities. Implementing appropriate procedures that
direct these different tasks toward accomplishing a defined goal
restores order, increases efficiency, and gives owners the tools
to manage and grow their businesses. EZLister.Net identifies
the role of an Administrator, as well as the following job groups:
Manager, Describer, Clerk, Shipper, and Consignor. Each of the
defined job functions is purposefully distinct to increase security

What if I don't like EZLister.net after the trial is over?
In this unlikely event, simply quit using the system. In a short
period of time after your free trial period ends, your account
is purged from the system. There is no further obligation from
either party. EZLister.net will not sell or disclose any information
you provided during the trial period. EZLister.net may attempt
to contact you after the trial period ends to determine why you
decided that the system was not the best solution for you.
Does EZLister.net include image hosting?
EZLister.net's basic price includes virtually unlimited image
hosting. This means that you can store as many photos as you
deem practical for every listing posted. The only limitation
placed on image hosting capacity by EZLister.net is in the unlikely
event that we determine the number of images stored is excessive
for the volume of listings posted. In this event, you will be
contacted by EZLister.net in an attempt to resolve the issue.
When completing the Setup Wizard EZLister.net creates a unique
FTP directory for you. Photos uploaded to this site are maintained
by EZLister.net for a period of at least two years. This means
that you can continually re-use photos stored on your FTP site
over and over simply by providing the image name where prompted.

How much does it cost to use EZLister.net?
EZLister.net offers three low priced Auction Packs. An Auction
Pack contains a specific number of credits that are used as you
post auctions. Each auction uses one credit, and each Auction
Pack includes the specific number of auctions chosen by you.
This flexible method of pricing allows you to match your anticipated
needs with a properly sized Auction Pack. Auction Packs never
expire, and the low price includes all of the features and benefits
offered by EZLister.net. Additional Auction Packs may be purchased
from either the Administrator or Manager Menu option within the

How does EZLister.net save me money?
EZLister.net was developed by power sellers varying between platinum
and titanium levels. One of their major concerns was the management
of auction fees, and automating those procedures that reduce
them. Some of the ways EZLister.net manages fees, or saves you
money are: the automatic relist feature, automated UPI features,
inventory control, and free image hosting.
The relist feature tracks the sell through rates of products
and compares these with rules established by you when entering
the units into inventory. As long as products sell though at
a rate that exceeds the minimum rule established, the product
is re-listed without any additional action required by you.
If the sell through rate does not meet the minimum rule established,
then the product is not re-listed, but instead placed on a report
notifying management that further action is necessary. The system
also tracks whether or not a re-listed item is eligible for
reduced
re-listing fees. It is easy to see how reducing the number of
non performing items listed will save you money.
EZLister.net tracks UPIs and reports those transactions that
are eligible to file and recover FVFs. The reports are automatically
generated continuously so that you always have an up to date
picture on UPI status and the ability to file for FVF recovery
as soon as they are eligible.
EZLister.net tracks your inventory level on a constant basis.
It will not allow you to list an item that is not in stock
saving you time and expense associated with listing an out
of stock
item. Finally, EZLister.net includes virtually unlimited image
hosting at no charge. The only limitation is that the number
of images stored are consistent with the number of listings
you use with EZLister.net. We will assign a unique FTP site
for your
use when you sign up where you store your images. The savings
available from these specific features, combined with the increased
efficiency of your staff introduced by the rest of the program
will result in significant cost savings to you.

Does EZLister.net have customizable templates?
EZLister.net allows users to create and use their own custom
designed templates, or they can choose a combination of banners
and templates that we provide. If you elect to use your own template,
there are some special HTML tags that must be used so EZLister.net
can recognize and implement your custom templates. These tags
are available by logging in as the Administrator, and downloading
a sample template file from the "Templates" menu option.
This area of the program contains a sample template and the tags
that are necessary to use. Save the customized template file
in the FTP directory created for you by the Setup Wizard, and
your custom template will become available to designated describers
for all listings.
When you elect to use a custom template, EZLister.net assumes
that you have sufficient knowledge of HTML coding to create
and maintain it. We will not be able to provide any support
for your
custom template.
I've seen an eBay listing from a seller using EZLister.net with
a beautiful banner, are these resources available to everyone?
EZLister.net provides numerous templates and banners available
to our users when describing auctions. There are different templates
available for auctions and store listings. It is possible to
mix banners, templates and colors so that an individual listing
could assume over 250 different looks. In addition, EZLister.net
allows users to design and implement their own custom templates
into the system.
We have a consignment store. Is it easy to manage our consignment
customers at the store with this program?
EZLister.net has a separate consignment module or menu option
dedicated to consignment sellers. Together, the consignment
and manager module allow complete management of a consignment
store,
or an eBay Trading Post. Powerful features include: completely
flexible commission schedules, preparation of settlement reports
and checks for individual or multiple items, sales history by
consignor or item, placing your logos on customer viewed screens
to promote individual branding, and complete, accurate accounting

We like to relist our auctions only if previous auctions sold
at least 50% of the time. Can we do this with the EZLister.net
program?
EZLister.net offers a truly automatic relist feature. The Administrator
sets the company wide rules that must be satisfied before an
item can be re-listed. The system tracks an items performance,
and as long as these rules are met, the items are automatically
re-listed assuring a constant supply of the product. If the rules
are not met, then the item is placed on a report for management's
review. Finally, the system wide rules can be changed for any
specific item where it may not be applicable. The entire process
is designed to minimize the time and effort necessary to monitor
an individual items sell through rate while assuring a constant
supply of product to satisfy existing demand, thereby increasing
your productivity and your bottom line.
Can EZLister.net automatically handle feedback to our customers?
In accordance with eBay's standards, EZLister.net automatically
posts feedback to favorable responses you receive. The response
is customizable by you, and posts within 24 hours of receiving
a favorable feedback. The Administrator sets this feature up
one time, and there is no additional action necessary.
How many auctions can be listed at any time using this program?
There are no practical limitations on the number of auctions
that can be posted at any time. The describer menu option includes
a scheduler that allows you to queue auctions and post them
at a scheduled time, or to launch them as soon as you are done
writing
the description. Also, since EZLister.net is web based and
permits multiple users, more than one describer can be posting
auctions
on your behalf simultaneously.
Is EZLister.net a system that charges me
each time I make a change, or that is based on the value of
the items I sell?
No, EZLister.net only credits your Auction Pack one time for
every auction. There are no additional fees for closings, emails,
additional work units, reports generated, or any other service
we offer. Since you pre purchased a set number of auctions,
you always know the status of your account, and this allows
you to
manage your costs without worry.
